Area Agency on Aging

This project is a basic computer skills class taught to the senior citizens within the community. Once a week, for about 7 weeks a semester, SIFE holds a class at ATU, to teach senior citizens how to email, attach photos, and use the internet, among other basic computer skills. This year, we are looking to continue a basic class, but also to have a continuation class for those who have already completed the basic class.

Cultural Differences in Business

At ATU, we have a growing number of international students each year. So that TECH students better know and understand each of the different cultures represented here, we have decided to conduct this seminar. In this seminar, the SIFE team invites students from other countries, including India, Mongolia, and China, to discuss various subjects in their countries.

Job or No Job: Mock Interview

This is a mock interview project that we have developed for ATU students. We have created this project to provide students with an outlet to practice the interview process while receiving valuable feedback from the interviewers. The interviewers consist of various professionals within the community who take time out of their day to provide this service for us. This is an excellent opportunity to get practice with interviewing before students actually hit the real world.
