Purpose:	The purpose of HPWES is to awaken a wide and intelligent interest in the organization; acquire and disseminate accurate information concerning the program; cooperate with and actively participate in the affairs of the American Alliance of Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance, and any other state or local associations interested in the health, physical education, and wellness of young adults; advance the standards of the profession; encourage greater social and professional cooperation among HPEWS students, faculty, and alumni; and to use the special knowledge and skills of HPEWS students to serve the University population.
Membership Requirements :	Membership is open to all students who are HPEWS majors or minors.
