Purpose:	The purpose of the organization is to encourage and reward scholarship and accomplishment among students of business and administration, to promote the advancement of education in the art and science of business, and to foster integrity in the conduct of business activities.
Membership Requirements :	Membership is limited to those majoring in business and management who rank in the upper 10 percent of their graduating class. Seniors may be inducted at any time during their senior year and juniors ranking in the top 7 percent are eligible only in the last semester of their junior year.
