Purpose:	The purpose of the Accounting Club is to encourage the ideal of service as the basis of the accounting profession; to promote the study of accountancy and its highest ethical standards; to act as a medium between professionals, instructors, students, and others who are interested in the development of the study or profession of accountancy; to develop high moral, scholastic and professional attainments in its members; and to help pave the way from student to practitioner.
Membership Requirements :	Accounting majors enrolled in or having earned a minimum of 6 hours of accounting courses with a cumulative GPA of 2.000 or an accounting GPA of 2.500 are eligible for membership.
