Registration Forms

Each Registered Student Organization (RSO) must register each year. To register an existing RSO, log in to theLINK. Click on "Organizations." Locate the RSO you would like to register and click "register this organization." The system will guide you through the process.

In order to complete the registration process there are some forms and documents necessary:

- Faculty/Staff Advisor Agreement -

This form, to be completed by the Faculty/Staff Advisor(s) each year, is completed entirely online.  This can be found under Forms on the Student Life page on theLink.  

- Agency Account Approval -

Each year RSO leadership must determine who will have access to the RSO's on-campus bank account. This document can be downloaded here. Once completed it must be submitted either a) electronically uploaded during theLINK registration process, or b) physically brought to Office of Student Services, Doc Bryan Suite 233.

- Constitution -

The registration process requires the RSO's constitution to be uploaded. Here is a Sample Constitution. The non-discriminatory clause is required in each constitution:

"Arkansas Tech University prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, or veteran status."

- Fall 2013 Required RSO Meetings -

Prior to approval, Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) must have attendance at the required Annual Student Organization Meeting/Anti-Hazing Training.

Wednesday, September 4 at 4pm OR Tuesday, September 10 at 12:30pm.

For ease, this is one meeting this year. It is estimated to last approximately 1.5 hours, and any student holding a leadership position within an RSO is required to be in attendance at ONE of these meetings. Both meetings will be in the Doc Bryan Lecture Hall.

Important information for the year will be distributed: Homecoming, theLink, event registrations, anti-hazing training, etc.

Failure to send the appropriate representative(s) to the meeting will result in moving to inactive status: no funding, access to room reservations, removal from theLINK.

- Optional Faculty/Staff Advisor Training -

This optional meeting for RSO Faculty/Staff Advisors (secondary and volunteer advisors are encouraged and welcome to attend as well) will be in Doc Bryan Lecture hall on Wednesday, September 4 at 6:00pm.

It is estimated to last approximately 1 hour and will cover RSO policies, guidelines, and resources, along with information on how to work theLink and review events.

For advisors unable to make the meeting there will also be a tegrity video sent out to all Faculty/Staff Advisors who cannot make the meeting.
