Requests for Organizational Aid must be made thirty (30) days in advance of event.
Requests must demonstrate how awarding of funding will enhance their organization, their members, the student body, or Arkansas Tech.
Funding is on a first-come, first-served basis until Organizational Aid funds are depleted.
RSOs may not request more than $500 per academic semester.
Funds may not be spent on alcohol, tobacco, gambling, firearms, or any other illegal activity.
Organizational Aid is not a scholarship fund. This program is intended to enrich the extra-curricular and co-curricular life of the University. Funds may not be used to financially support a student in receiving class credit. For example, if a class trip required a student to attend in order to receive credit for that particular course, the student cannot utilize Organizational Aid to attend the class trip. In this example, the student could investigate options through the Student Development Fund.
