The Staff Senate Constitution and By-laws were approved by the Arkansas Tech Board of Trustees during their regular meeting on December 18, 2014. The constitution was amended and approved by the Board of Trustees in August 2021 and October 2023. The By-laws was amended and approved by the Board of Trustees in October 2022 and October 2023.
