How to Apply for Student Support Services
Students who have a form of academic need and meet the eligibility requirements need to fill out an application form and submit it to the Student Support Services staff.
Eligibility is based on federally defined criteria where at least one of the following must be met:
First Generation College Student (neither parent has a Bachelor’s Degree)
Limited Income (Income eligible per Federal Guidelines)
Have a documented learning or physical disability
An eligible student must need academic support and be either a US Citizen or Permanent Resident who has not yet earned a bachelor’s degree, but is committed to using SSS resources and graduating from Tech!

Submit your completed application to SSS by one of the following methods:
Mail to: Student Support Services
Ross Pendergraft Library & Technology Center
305 West Q Street
Russellville, AR 72801
Fax to: (479) 880-4239
Or returned in person to SSS Personnel on the 2nd floor of the Library.
After you submit your completed application, you will be contacted by the SSS Office
to schedule a meeting to discuss your application and academic needs. After your meeting
you will receive an e-mail notification on whether or not you have been selected for
the program.
