Thank you for your interest in requesting the Arkansas Tech Spirit Squad members for your event! Please click on the Request Form below and fill out the necessary information. All requests must be submitted at least 14 days in advance. Once the form is submitted and reviewed, a member of the Spirit Squad staff will be in contact with you regarding your request.
There is a base fee of $50 per hour for all Spirit Squad appearances (1hour minimum.). There is an additional $25 per hour for more than six (6) Spirit Squad members. If the event is over 10 miles from Arkansas Tech’s campus in Russellville, AR, there will be an additional charge of $0.42 per miles (current state rate per mile). All fees are due at or before scheduled event. All payments should be made payable to Arkansas Tech University. Cash and check are the only forms of payment accepted. Non-payment will result in the cancellation of the appearance. Spirit Squad members will only perform in compliance with AACCA requirements. If music and/or performance is needed, please have adequate performance space and a sound system accessible. The Spirit Squads are also available to participate in select community service events for no charge.
Note: The Arkansas Tech Spirit Squad Program has the right to deny any appearance request. Unfortunately, every request cannot be accepted due to college students' hectic schedules.
