In order to properly communicate with the network, Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) should be installed and listed, as shown below.
You will need to uncheck the following:
- Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
- Link-Layer Topology Discovery Mapper I/O Driver
- Link-Layer Topology Discovery Responder
Double-click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) to bring up the TCP/IP settings window. To connect to ResNet, the Local Area Connection must be set up to Obtain IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically as shown below.
