University Commons

University Commons, located on the north east corner of campus, is comprised of 60 four-bedroom apartments and 23 two-bedroom apartments within seven buildings.

Each apartment includes a living room, two bathrooms, private bedrooms and a full kitchen, including an oven, range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Each apartment also includes a washer and dryer. All utilities (electricity, air/heat, water, cable and Internet) are included in the rent.

The complex, built in two phases, began with 166 bedrooms in four buildings during the late 1990's. Phase II was completed in the fall of 2004 and added 120 additional bedrooms in three new buildings. The apartment complex also includes a clubhouse with workout equipment for the residents to use.

University Commons is reserved for upper-class residents, and contracts are awarded based on GPA.
