Turner Hall, a co-ed residence hall, is located on the western edge of campus, directly behind its brother hall, Brown Hall. Designed as a traditional residence hall with double rooms and community bathrooms located off a long central hallway, this three story structure houses 200 students.

Turner offers many amenities such as a sand volleyball court, games tables, and a television viewing area in the lobby.
