Graduation Application
Please print and complete the appropriate graduation application and submit it to the Registrar's Office.

Complete the Degree Audit using the checklist you have selected from the catalog choices below. After all signatures have been collected, forward to the Registrar's Office for evaluation and approval.

Please select from below the catalog year you wish to follow to complete degree requirements.

Please keep in mind that if you are declaring a minor, minors are not specified until the 2003-2004 catalog.

Remember -- if you have declared a minor, it must be from the same catalog year as your major.

If you select a catalog that is not listed here, please contact the Registrar's Office for the appropriate checklist.
