The Professional Development Institute specializes in delivering "just-in-time" customized training to prepare individuals and organizations to compete in the new economy.

The School of Professional Studies and Community Outreach at Arkansas Tech University offers individualized, hands-on training for business and industry employees throughout the Arkansas River Valley. Courses are offered at the Lake Point Conference Center at Arkansas Tech University and the Arkansas Tech University campus.
