Mission Statement

The mission of the Associate of Science degree in Early Childhood Education offered by Arkansas Tech University is to prepare early childhood education practitioners  for careers  working with preschool children and their families in a variety of settings, including day care centers, nursery schools, family day care homes, and Head Start/Early Head Start programs.
