PTL Richard Wineland | I have been at the Public Safety Department for 4 ½ years and graduated from the police academy in 2003. I have received the Distinguished Service Award for 2003 from our police department and I am taking classes toward an Electrical Engineering Degree. |

CPL Timothy Hull | I was born and raised in Pope County. I attended ALETA in 1981. I have approximately seventeen years experience in law enforcement. My hobbies are hunting fishing, and gardening. Employed at Tech since 2001. |

PTL Sean Neff | I began working at Tech in April of 2002. Graduated from Tech with a degree in Agri-Business in May of 2003. I work full time for the Department of Arkansas, Disabled American Veterans. I spent several years in the United States Navy and worked three years with the Marine Security Force in Bremerton, WA. |
