Williamson Dining Room
The Advanced food preparations class operates the Williamson Dining Room. It is a nonprofit, 75 seat learning laboratory, with an emphasis on educational rather than business goals. Meal service is provided for faculty, staff, students, and visitors
Students take responsibility for planning, preparing, and serving the Dinner/Lunch meal. The Dinner is made up of an appetizer, soup/salad, entre, dessert, bread and beverage. The Lunch is made up of an entre, dessert and beverage.
Dinner - Fall Semester
Seating for the meal is at 6 PM on every Thursday.
