RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. (February 11, 2008)---The Arkansas Tech University Hospitality Administration Department will host a Valentine’s Dinner at the Williamson Hall Dining Room on Thursday, Feb. 14.
Seating times are from 6-8 p.m. by reservation only. Reservations may be made by calling (479) 968-0378.
The main course will consist of sweetheart tenderloin of beef with winter vegetables and oven baked chive potatoes. Diners will also receive a dual hearts shrimp cocktail for an appetizer and a baby spinach salad with mandarin oranges, walnuts and raspberry vinaigrette.
A dessert of melt your heart chocolate cake will punctuate the evening.
Price for the dinner will be $20.95 per person. The meal will be prepared under the supervision of Bruce Trefney, executive chef at the Lake Point Conference Center. All gratuities will be reinvested in the Walters-Williams Scholarship.
