RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. (March 4, 2008)---Bison meatloaf will be the main course when the Arkansas Tech Hospitality Administration program presents its weekly dinner to the public on Thursday, March 6, at the Williamson Hall Dining Room.
The bison meatloaf will be accompanied by roasted garlic mashed potatoes and green bean bundles. Diners will also receive a quinoa and black bean salpicon salad and chocolate crème brulee for dessert. Beverage selections will be iced tea, hot tea or coffee.
Price for the meal is $13.95 per person. Seating times are from 6-7 p.m. and are by reservation only. Reservations can be made by calling (479) 968-0376.
All gratuities are reinvested in the Walters-Williams Scholarship. Students preparing and serving the meal are under the direction of Executive Chef Bruce Trefney of Lake Point Conference Center and Ray Moll of the Arkansas Tech Hospitality Administration program.
