(August 31, 2007)--Arkansas Tech University will offer area residents opportunities to improve their leadership or communication skills, work on their physical fitness, enhance their knowledge of computer applications and much more this fall through classes at the Continuing Education Department and Professional Development Institute at Lake Point Conference Center.
