RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. (April 16, 2008)--Arkansas Tech students will have a chance to learn more about the job market and the skills they will need to compete for the best career opportunities when the Tech Alumni Office and the Norman Career Services Office co-sponsor a Brown Bag Luncheon Series during the final week of April.
The series will consist of three events: “Liberal Arts Job Search” on Wednesday, April 23, from noon-12:45 p.m.; “Creating an ePortfolio” on Tuesday, April 29, from 12:30-1:15 p.m.; and “Living with a Budget/Financial Planning” on Wednesday, April 30, from noon-12:45 p.m.
All three sessions will be in Doc Bryan Student Services Building Room 242. Participants are encouraged to bring a lunch. Desserts and drinks will be provided. Students attending the session on April 30 are encouraged to bring a laptop so that they can participate in an online exercise.
