During the fall and spring semesters, Move-On Days will be held to accommodate room change requests at no charge. A Room Change Request Form must be completed and signed by all parties involved before the request will be considered. Room Change Request Forms will be available beginning the first day of class and are due in the Office of Residence Life by September 5, 2012. The Office of Residence Life will notify residents whether their room change request has been approved and the proper time for their room change. Move-On Days for the spring semester will take place the second week of class and will follow the same format.
Any room changes made after these dates carries a $25.00 charge. Request forms will be available in the residence hall office and are due back to the Office of Residence Life each Wednesday.
