NOTE: Equipment Setup (PA, Chairs, Tables, etc.), is the responsibility of the
user, unless special arrangements are made with the Music Department. Clean up of
the stage and auditorium immediately following the event is required of the user.
Food, drink or smoking is strictly prohibited in the auditorium. Failure to abide
by the Policies and Procedures will jeopardized future use of auditorium. Reserving
the auditorium does not reserve the lobby, classrooms or any other area of Witherspoon. Use
of the stage piano is by request only and a repair/tuning fee is charged.
By submitting, you agree that you have read the Witherspoon Auditorium policies and
procedures and agree to be bound by the rules and conditions contained therein.
