The Arkansas Tech Museum

Museum Mission

Established in December 1989, the mission of this Museum is to provide a center for collection, conservation, interpretation, and research concerned with the history of Arkansas Tech University while making this knowledge and interpretation available to the community served by Arkansas Tech University.

Each Spring semester, the Museum offers a course entitled Interpretation/Education through Museum Methods, listed as MUSM (ANTH, HIST) 4403(5403).

Art and Architecture 2015. Old Main and the Crabaugh Building.

New Exhibit Opening March 11, 2015. Awards at 11 am at the Techionery. This exhibit will also features photographic diptychs (paired photographs) of the Crabaugh Building shot by the Basic Photography Class. The Exhibit will be on display until April 23 and also includes the 2 foot by 2 foot Valentine given to Dean Crabaugh in 1969 by the Arkansas Tech student body.
