There are supplemental materials for use in grades K-8 that will enhance your curriculum in mathematics, science and literacy.  These programs have received the highest recommendations and millions of students use these materials across the nation.  The programs are Great Explorations in Mathematics and Science (GEMS); the Full Option Science System (FOSS); and, Science and Technology for Children (STC).  Each of these programs have well developed sets of activities that engage students in learning.

     The MSI will bring either GEMS, FOSS or STC supplementary educational modules to your school, provide training for the teachers and then leave the modules for the teachers to use in their classrooms.  In 2-6 weeks  (school choice) the modules will be picked up and training on new modules will be conducted and the new modules left for use.  The modules selected for the program will be up to the school to decide based upon their curriculum.
