What is ACI?
ACI (Association for Cultural Interaction) is a registered student organization at Arkansas Tech University.
What is the purpose of ACI?
The purpose of ACI is to promote international cultural understanding and appreciation among students, faculty, staff and the community through social and educational activities.
Who can be involved in ACI?
Membership is open to all interested Arkansas Tech University students, faculty and staff.
What does ACI do?
ACI has been involved in numerous educational and community events throughout the years. They include fundraisers for charitable causes, international festival, international open house, ping-pong tournaments, ATU Fall Fest, nomination of an ACI students for Homecoming queen, entering a float for the ATU Homecoming parade and much more!
What are the benefits of joining ACI?
Besides all of the fun you will have becoming acquainted with ATU students from other countries, you will have the opportunity to build leadership and team work skills through all the fun and educational ACI activities. You may wish to become on officer and help guide and teach ACI members about the importance of community and campus life. Plus, it looks great on your resume!
