Amy Pennington was named the Director of International and Multicultural Student Services in July 2003. Prior to assuming these duties she has served the TECH community as a Student Recruitment and Publicity Specialist in the Office of Admissions and Enrollment Management and most recently as the Director of Housing Programs in the Student Services Division. Amy Pennington has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Arkansas Tech University and a Master of Education in Higher Education Leadership from the University of Arkansas.

Yasushi Onodera is the Assistant Director of International and Multicultural Student Services for Admissions. Yasu was born in Kanagawa, Japan. He graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and from the George Washington University with a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development.

Diane Birge is the Assistant Director of International and Multicultural Student Services for Programming. A native of Russellville, Arkansas, she graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science and holds a Master of Science in College Student Personnel.

Sabrina Anwar is the Administrative Specialist for International and Multicultural Student Services Office. She has received the Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nutrition from Dhaka University, Bangladesh. Also, she has earned a second Master of Science in Information Technology from the Arkansas Tech University in 2004.

He graduated from Arkansas High School in Texarkana, Arkansas.
