Arkansas Tech University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track assistant professor position in Political Science, beginning August 2013. PhD desired, ABD considered. Successful applicant must have a specialization within the field of American politics, with the ability to teach the introductory surveys in American Government as well as upper-level courses including American Political Behavior, Research Design, and Statistics for Political Science. Applicants with secondary specialization in judicial politics and an ability to teach upper level courses in Constitutional Law will be given preference. Arkansas Tech is a mid-sized comprehensive university emphasizing teaching and undergraduate education.
