The Division of Student Services at Arkansas Tech University is seeking a Coordinator of Disability Services. This is a full-time, non-tenure track, 12-month position.
This position requires a master’s degree in an appropriate area within student affairs, preferably rehabilitation counseling, special education, psychology, higher education administration, college student personnel or counseling, as well as a preference for individuals with experience working with students with psychological, physical or learning disabilities. Primary job functions, duties and responsibilities are listed below.
Salary range is $35,000 - $40,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus full benefit package including excellent health insurance, vacation, and retirement package. Disability Services Program: Reporting to the Associate Dean for Student Wellness, the successful candidate will serve as campus ADA coordinator for students with disabilities while collaborating with other campus offices, including the Office of Admissions, Student Life, Residence Life and Academic Affairs to support students with disabilities in realizing their academic potential.
