College of Business Coordinator of Student Engagement

The College of Business Coordinator of Student Engagement will primarily be tasked with marketing to potential College of Business students (high school, transfers, and undeclared majors at Tech); coordinating the service activities of the Dean’s Leadership Class; developing relationships with high school counselors and teachers to expand High School Challenge (business idea competition); communicate and coordinate activities within the College and University related to professional development of business students; work with Associate Dean and Dean on administrative activities related to the Master of Science in Business Administration program; coordinate a variety of College-wide events. 

Required qualifications include a bachelors degree; five years or more employed at a college or university with students or in student services area; experience with student recruiting;  experience with student information systems software and data analysis; experience with higher education enterprise-wide software (i.e., Banner or PeopleSoft).

Preferred qualifications include a masters degree; BSBA or business undergraduate degree; experience using Banner and Argos; marketing and recruiting students; event planning and coordination.
