Office of Development

The Office of Development works to secure private financial support for Arkansas Tech University and for the fulfillment of the University's mission and goals.

Arkansas Tech University is determined to be the premiere undergraduate institution in the state of Arkansas. To attain this goal, we must compete with industry and other large universities for the brightest scholars and the best students. The key to making this objective a reality lies in increasing our permanent endowment and Tech Loyalty Fund contributions.

Endowment income provides a stable source of funding that enables the University to take a leadership role in meeting the challenging needs of our constituents. It also supplements appropriated legislative funding. A strong and enduring endowment can be created only through private financial support.

The Tech Loyalty Fund contributions provide additional current funds to enhance academic and other student programs.

We encourage greater understanding, involvement and participation of our constituents (alumni, faculty / staff, students, friends, corporations, and foundations) in the life and continuing success of Arkansas Tech University.
