ENGINEERING ORGANIZATIONS

The Engineering Society is among the oldest student organizations on campus, and includes both the student chapters of ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) and IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc). Two new student organizations were started in the Spring 2003 semester. They include ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Inc.) and SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers).
