Machine Readable Privacy Policy Approved December 2003
Pursuant to Act 1713 of 2003, all state and local governments as well as all state agencies operating or maintaining a web site are required to incorporate a machine readable privacy policy into their web sites.

Arkansas Tech University is committed to protecting the privacy of students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Arkansas Tech University will not collect personal information about you when you visit our web site unless you choose to provide that information to us. Furthermore, any information you choose to provide on the web site will only be used to provide or improve services. Arkansas Tech University guards your privacy and appreciates your trust.
