Synchronizing Your Calendar
You can synchronize your OneTech calendar data with several different kinds of handheld devices like a Palm Pilot or Windows handheld device and/or Microsoft Outlook. Below is an example of how to sync your calendar with Microsoft Outlook.
Synchronizing your Microsoft Outlook calendar with your OneTech Calendar
Step 1: Install the Sun One Synchronization application from the downloads page. There is also a detailed user guide available for download.
When you come to the following screen, you must choose the translator components you want to install. If you are only synchronizing your Outlook calendar, you only need to select the "Microsoft Outlook 98 / 2000" component. However, if you also have a Palm device or Windows Handheld device you must select those components as well in order to be able to sync them with your OneTech calendar.

When you have finished selecting the components to install click "Next" and finish the installation.
Step 2: The Sun One Synchronization application will install to your start menu like below.

To sync your Outlook calendar with your OneTech calendar click on "Synchronize with Outlook" in the Start Menu.
Step 3: You should now have the following dialog box. You must now configure your Sun ONE (a.k.a OneTech) calendar settings by clicking on the Sun ONE icon and then click configure.

After you click on configure you should have the following dialog box. You will have to fill in the circled areas and then click "OK".

Step 4: Now back at the main dialog box you can click on the "Synchronize" button to begin the synchronization process between your Outlook and OneTech calendars. You can also select some options by clicking on the "Settings" button. Please pay special attention to the options during the sync process so you don't inadvertently lose any important events or tasks!
