Viruses
I live off campus and I recently sent my computer in to get it cleaned of viruses. Now I am not able to get onto the tech email web site. I've tried entering the site many different ways and I'm still unable to do it. Do I need to change some settings? Thanks!
There may be some settings that have been thrown askew either by the viruses or by the company that removed the viruses. There is also a chance that OneTech mail may have been down and nobody could access it. Here are a few things you can try.
1. Set Internet Explorer settings to default.
Open Internet Explorer and click on tools. Then click internet options. On the Advanced tab, click the Restore Defaults button.
2. Delete Temporary Files
Open Internet Explorer and click on tools. Then click internet options. On the General tab, click the Delete Cookies button and click OK. Also click Delete Files and click OK.
After making these changes, close and restart Internet Explorer
