Center for Leadership and Learning (CLL) Mission
The mission of the Center for Leadership and Learning is to prepare, through a performance-based
system, school leadership teams (administrators, counselors, teachers) with the knowledge,
skills, and dispositions to work collaboratively to develop a professional learning
community focused on student success.
Master of Education, Teaching, Learning, and Leadership (MTLL)
The Master of Education, Teaching, Learning, and Leadership is designed to prepare
candidates for a degree, and eligibility for Arkansas Department of Education licensure
as a curriculum leader. The degree program of study consists of 13 hours of school
leadership core courses and 21 hours of curriculum speciality courses.
Authentic classroom experiences, representative of daily situations school leaders
encounter, are integrated into courses. The Teaching, Learning and Leadership degree
program is designed for completion within two and one-half years. Graduate College requirements specify degree completion
within a six year time period. Individuals are entered into the program as cohorts.

Interested individuals must first apply and be accepted to the Arkansas Tech University
Graduate College.
Complete the on-line graduate application form
Request official transcripts from each college or university attended
Furnish proof of immunity against measles and rubella by sending proof of two (2) MMR immunization shots.
Pay a non-refundable application fee of $25

After an individual is accepted into Graduate College, the individual must be accepted into the Center for Leadership and Learning Teaching, Learning and Leadership Program of Study. To make application to the Teaching, Learning and Leadership, program, individuals must provide:
Letter documenting two (2) years classroom teaching experience
Copy of current teaching license
