Dr. Mona Chadwick also joined the CLL staff in the Fall, 2009 to teach in the educational leadership program after serving over 29 years in Texas school districts.

She began her teaching as a special education teacher for 10 years. She then served as principal for 4 years. Dr. Chadwick served as superintendent at districts in Hempstead and Liberty Texas before joining the CLL.

She received her doctorate in educational leadership at Lamar University in Texas.  She has authored articles in educational publications.

Dr. Chadwick has also crisscrossed Arkansas, meeting with graduate interns and teaching classes in educational leadership and technology.
