Mr. Robison has a BS in Engineering Operations from Iowa State University (1970) and an MS in Systems Management from University of Southern California (1975). His primary areas of interest are Systems Analysis and Design, Database Development, and Data Communications and Networks. Mr. Robison joined the Department August, 1988.
