Ms. Capehart has a BS in Business Administration (1984), a BS in Computer Science (2000) and an MS in Information Technology (2002) from Arkansas Tech University. Her primary areas of interest are Computer Applications and Web Design. Ms. Capehart re-joined the Department in August 2007.
