Careerlink

To provide assistance in "Connecting Employees with Employers," Norman Career Services uses a software called Careerlink.

Careerlink is exclusive software of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) link network. The NACElink Network is the result of an alliance among the National Association of Colleges and Employers, Direct Employers Association, and Symplicity Corporation. NACElink is a national recruiting network serving the needs of colleges, employers, and student/alumni candidates. The NACElink Network is the first network of its kind that was formed with a commitment for ensuring the privacy of student data, allowing no commercial marketing to students or employers, and focusing on the career services center as the prepared provider of job opportunities and connections to employers.

Careerlink provides you the opportunity to create an academic profile based on the following criteria: graduation date, year in school, applicant type (current student or alumni), major(s), GPA (optional), work authorization, degree level, and top three geographic location preferences. You are then able to create and upload a resume to the site and begin your job search. Create your profile today!
