Purpose: To manage intramural sports and special event setups.
Reports To: Graduate Assistant, CSP or R& P Intern, Coordinator
Qualifications:
•Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
•Previous experience preferred, but not necessary.
•Self-motivated and able to achieve tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Assist in event setup and take down of intramural sports events.
•Supervisor and assist student groups in their field reservation setup/takedown.
•Complete office assignments as distributed by the Graduate Assistant and Coordinator.
•Represent the Campus Recreation Department in an exemplary manner.
Overall Requirements:
•Attend required staff meetings.
•Attend and assist with the overall equipment maintenance.
•Arrive to work early and stay for entire shift.
•Be knowledgeable of Campus Recreation policies and procedures.
•Able to make on site decisions that deem necessary for the events.
•Communicate and enforce university, departmental, and campus recreation policies
and procedures.
•Current ATU student
Salary: $1,500 per semester, Non-Work Study
Deadline: Seasonal/Part-Time
Purpose: To manage Intramural Sports activities, participants and employees on-site.
Reports To: Graduate Assistant, R&P Intern, Coordinator
Qualifications:
•Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
•Previous experience preferred, but not necessary.
•Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Supervise, evaluate, and assist with training of Intramural Sports
Officials.
•Serve as a mentor and teacher to officials.
•Complete office assignments as distributed by the Graduate Assistant
and Coordinator.
•Represent the Intramural & Recreational Sports Department in an exemplary
manner.
Overall Requirements:
•Attend all staff training sessions and staff meetings.
•Attend and assist with all officials training sessions.
•Arrive to work early and stay for entire shift.
•Be knowledgeable of Intramural Sports policies and procedures.
•Settle protests, arguments, and problems on-site as much as possible.
•Communicate and consistently enforce university, departmental, and
intramural
policies/procedures.
•Current ATU student
Salary: $1,500 per semester, Non-Work Study
Deadline: Seasonal/Part-Time
Purpose: To ensure that Intramural Sport contests are played fairly and safely.
Reports To: Student Supervisor, Graduate Assistants, R&P Intern, Coordinator
Qualifications:

•Willingness to learn
•Positive attitude
•Fair and unbiased
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Manage Intramural Sports contests
•Attend clinics and meetings designated for each sport
•Ensure safety of participants during Intramural Sports contests
•Represent the Intramural & Recreational Sports Department in an exemplary
manner
Overall Requirements:
•Current ATU student
•Ability to be taught rules to specific sports
•Ability to work as a team
Salary: Starting pay is at $7.25, Work Study/Non-Work Study

•Assist in daily routine operations.
