| Dr. Trivitt's Research Gains International Recognition The editors of one of the top economics journals in the world, Kyklos (which has an ALBA Euro rank of 4), recently wrote an editorial lamenting the current state of economic academic publishing and intellectual games played to get into A-list journals. The Kyklos editors publically stated their desire that scholarship needs to be relevant and innovative and made a call for papers that are a bit unorthodox but address real world issues. As examples of scholarship that is desired for economic journals, the Kyklos editors listed 8 articles including an article co-authored by Dr. Julie Trivitt, Assistant Professor of Economics in the School of Business entitled "Does Child Labor Reduce Youth Crime?"
