Fall '09 Return Policy
A full refund will be given on new or used textbooks until the end of the 5th class day.  The following conditions will apply...................

• You need your cash register receipt and Tech I.D.

• Your new textbooks must be returned in brand new, clean condition with no bent corners or water damage.

• NEW books will not be bought back in USED condition.

• Wrapped or Boxed merchandise must be unopened.

• Returns are not allowed on study guides, work books, cliffs notes, reference books, etc.

• Returns are not allowed on textbooks used for Block or Mini sessions.

• Additional time is allowed for returns if you are withdrawing from school or dropping a class. You must have your drop slip and receipt.

The deadline for returning Fall '09 textbooks is Wednesday, Aug. 26. An extended period for refunds is allowed for students dropping a class or withdrawing from school. This deadline is Friday, Sept. 18 You must have your drop slip and receipt.

The Director of Bookstore Services reserves the right to make the decision on the condition or salability of the merchandise.
