Dr. Osburn serves as a mentor for the Bridge to Excellence Program and annually judges presentations given at the Arkansas Science and Humanities Symposium. He has held the position of Faculty Sponsor for the Behavioral Sciences Club and the ATU chapter of Psi Chi since 2002. Additionally, Dr. Osburn is an ambassador for the Tech Loyalty Fund and a member of the Green and Gold Club.
