Does my child need to have a physical?

NO
The health form is a general Arkansas Tech health form with general questions regarding the student's health.

Which camp should my child attend?

The camps are divided according to experience level.

The Middle School Camp is designed for first-year students in a band program (usually current 5th or 6th graders but may also include 7th graders).The Junior High Camp is for 2nd & 3rd year students (usually current 7th & 8th graders)The Senior High Camp is designed for High School students (typically 9th grade & up).
