Instructor Agreement and Registration

Thank you for agreeing to be an instructor in the 2013 Arkansas River Valley Wildland Fire Academy. Please read the following registration instructions. To agree with these terms and register as an instructor click the agree button at the bottom of this page.

 

Registration Fees:
Instructors are not required to pay the registration fee.  However if you choose to attend classes the registration fee will apply.

Meals and Lodging:
Instructors are responsible for meals and lodging unless direct billed to your sponsoring agency.  Lodging is available in Paine Hall dormitory for $36.00 per night.  Meals are available at Chambers Cafeteria as follows:  supper $13.00 per meal (breakfast and lunch is included with registration).

Instructor Only:
Please select the courses you will be instructing by checking the boxes located on the right side of the registration form.

Instructor/Student:
Please select the courses you will be attending by checking the boxes located on the left side of the registration form and the courses you will be instructing by checking the boxes located on the right side of the registration form.


I have read all policy and procedures and agree to accept the terms and conditions of registration.  I also verify that all information given on the registration form is true and correct.
