If you are using a Chrome browser, you will need to disable plugins in order to use the bookmarks. To do this, type "chrome://plugins" in to the address bar and hit enter. Once you are on the "Plugins" page, disable the "Chrome PDF Viewer". This will cause the file to download to your computer as a pdf file.
